The trial is the first delivery of your dog's plan, not a separate purchase. Before you pay we show the trial price, the recurring price, the delivery cycle, the date of the first full order and the deadline for stopping it. We send a reminder before that date. Unless you cancel, the plan simply carries on — there is no second decision to make.

You pay for the food your dog actually eats, worked out to the gram. Prices include VAT and delivery, and we show you the exact figure before you buy. Every plan can be paused, skipped, rescheduled or cancelled online.

How long does the quiz take?
About two minutes. Ten questions, most of them a single tap. You can save and come back if you need to find your dog's weight first.
Do I need to weigh my dog?
Yes, or at least know a recent weight. We never guess it from breed, because two dogs of the same breed can be kilos apart and the portion depends on it. Most vets will weigh a dog for free if you ask.
What happens when my dog's needs change?
Update the profile in your account and the plan updates with it. Weight, activity and weight goal all move the portion, and the next delivery follows the new figure.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Cancel whenever you like from your account, and there is no fee for doing it.
