Because your dog’s portion depends on things such as weight, age, activity, neuter status and weight goal. We use those answers to work out their feeding plan rather than guessing from breed alone.

Yes, or at least know a recent weight. We never guess it from breed, because two dogs of the same breed can be kilos apart and the portion depends on it. Most vets will weigh a dog for free if you ask.

Not yet. We do not yet make puppy food, so we cannot offer the adult feeding plan for a dog under 12 months. Our two recipes are complete adult foods, suitable from 12 months. The quiz will tell you if your dog is too young, and you can come back when they are old enough.

We do not currently make veterinary diets. If your dog has been prescribed one, stick with your vet's advice. The quiz will ask, and if you would like an email when we add a suitable option you can tick the box there.

As often as your dog needs it. We calculate their daily portion, send whole bags and time the next delivery for when the current supply should be running low.

Yes, all of it, online: move a delivery, skip one, pause, swap recipe, add another dog, or cancel. Changes can be made until your order starts being prepared. After that point, any changes will apply to your following order.

No. Cancel whenever you like, and there is no fee for doing it.

Add each dog to the same account. Every dog gets their own recipe, portion and price. When two deliveries to the same address fall within seven days of each other, we bring the later one forward so they arrive together in one parcel.

If your dog doesn't get on with the trial, you can switch the next delivery to the other recipe or cancel online.

Your trial rolls into your dog’s normal plan unless you cancel before the stated cut-off. We show you the recurring price, delivery cycle and first full delivery date before you pay.

One 2kg bag of the recipe we recommend, at £7.50 — 50% off. It is the first delivery of your dog's plan, not a separate purchase. We send a reminder before the first full order, and unless you cancel before the deadline shown, the plan simply carries on at the price and cycle we showed you at checkout.

Cancel online in your account before the deadline shown in your reminder, and no full order is charged. You do not have to give a reason.

At the start of each cycle, for the bags in that parcel, so the bill and the delivery always match. One-off bags are charged when you buy them.
