Where we deliver
We deliver across the UK, to your door. We do not currently deliver outside the UK.
Delivery charges
Delivery is included in every price shown on this site. There is no separate delivery charge added at checkout.
When your food ships
Your expected dispatch and delivery dates are shown at checkout. We email tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Plan deliveries are timed so the next bag arrives as the current one is running low. The dates for your next deliveries are always shown in your account.
Changing a delivery
You can bring a delivery forward, push it back, skip it, change recipe or change the address from your account.
Changes can be made until your order starts being prepared. After that point, any changes will apply to your following order.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel is late, missing or arrives damaged, contact us and we will put it right. See our terms and conditions for your full rights.
